Our parties are designed for a stress-free celebration, with private access to our site and a Sticks & Sprouts party host to keep the day running smoothly.

Big days are better outside.

Book a Party

Parties run 1.5 hours and are designed for children celebrating their 2nd through 5th birthdays. Up to 40 guests, including adults and children, can join the celebration. Our parties are not drop-off events, so every child must have an adult with them at all times.

Easy from start to birthday.

A standard Sticks & Sprouts birthday party follows a simple format. Guests arrive and settle in, then children enjoy free play in our activity zones. We gather everyone for the parachute and birthday song, then wrap up with “Happy Birthday” and dessert on the benches.

The cost for a birthday party is $850, which includes a 10% gratuity for your party host. Your party includes private access to our site, a Sticks & Sprouts host to run the day, a customized chalkboard welcome sign at the front gate, background music and a speaker, two 6-foot tables for dessert and refreshments, and clean-up when the party is over. You’re only responsible for bringing dessert and candles. That’s it!

The cost for a birthday party is $850, which includes a 10% gratuity for your Sticks & Sprouts party host. That one price covers everything you need for a 1.5-hour celebration for up to 40 guests, adults and children included.

Your party includes:

  • Private access to our site for your group
  • A dedicated Sticks & Sprouts party host to run the day
  • Free play in our activity zones, plus the parachute and birthday song
  • A customized chalkboard sign at the front gate to welcome guests
  • Background music with a speaker provided
  • Two 6-foot tables for dessert and refreshments
  • Child-sized rain ponchos on rainy days
  • Clean-up when the party is over

You are only responsible for bringing dessert and candles. Dessert is eaten on the benches, so it’s best to bring something that doesn’t require a fork or table setting, such as donuts or cupcakes. Please note that we do not have any indoor space or refrigeration for desserts or refreshments, and table cloths are not included with the two 6-foot tables.

Some families also choose to bring coffee, water and/or juice boxes, and wipes. Feel free to bring any decorations you would like to add!

Parties run rain or shine, with the exception of extreme weather conditions. We have child-sized rain ponchos on hand for rainy days. If extreme weather is forecasted for the day of your party, we will provide a reschedule date, pending availability, or a refund.

Many families choose to use the following in their invitations:

“Join us for an outdoor birthday party at Sticks & Sprouts to celebrate Jack’s 3rd birthday! All guests should dress for the weather in clothing that may get messy and muddy. You can expect to play, invent, and create during the party, and you will be provided with dessert to celebrate Jack. Adults should be ready to join in on the fun, too!”
